Tributes paid to young motorbike rider Sam Spargo
Tributes have been flooding in for a young motorbike rider named locally as Sam Spargo who died in an accident on the A48.
The body of the 18-year-old, from Gloucester, was discovered on the roadside near Awre at around 7pm on Saturday night.

Police have not ruled out the possibility of a hit and and run and are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
A Facebook tribute page set up in Sam's memory has been inundated with messages of love and support for his family and friends.

“No, I know him but not that well enough to knock on his parents door and say "is your son dead"!!!! If I knew him that well, I would know his last name and I don't.
The Sam I know is a young lad who lives in Gloucester and is from what I can gather and have seen a very nice young man.”
