Trio admit poaching in the Cotswolds
Three men have admitted poaching in the Cotswolds.
Frederick Edwards, 70, of Shepherds Race, Pontypool; Danny Johnson, 56, of Cwmynyscoy Road, Pontypool, and Jason David Miller, 35, of Shepherds Hill, Pontypool appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court today.
All three pleaded guilty to daytime trespass in pursuit of game - poaching at Compton Abdale.
They admitted contravening the Game Act 1831, which makes it an offence to trespass in "search or pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipes or conies."

They were each fined £100, ordered to pay £30 each towards prosecution costs, and must all pay a £20 victim surcharge.
