Twitter hackers may have targeted Gloucestershire users
TWITTER users in Gloucestershire could be among the 250,000 people whose personal information was targeted by hackers.
The social media giant has revealed that online rogues tried to gain access to account information earlier this week.
User names, email addresses and encrypted passwords may have been seen by the web criminals.
Twitter bosses have reset the pilfered passwords and sent notification emails to affected users.

Does the headline writer really imagine that a bunch of hackers sits round a table and decides which county in the UK it is going to target?
The Twitter hackers will simply have grabbed the information they could get hold of, regardless of person, town, county, and country.”
