UNWANTED Christmas presents can be donated to help Gloucester's older people.

Age UK Gloucestershire are encouraging people to donate their unwanted festive gifts to their charity shop in Northgate Street.

Shop manager Gillian Gibbons said: "By donating unwanted Christmas gifts to our shop, people will be helping a great cause.

"The money raised through Age UK's shops goes to supporting the charity's vital work for older people, so we are urging everyone in the area to de-clutter their homes and make a real difference to an older person."
