Village hall fitness classes across Gloucestershire could be under threat

Aerobic, fitness and Zumba classes across Gloucestershire could be under threat as plans are on the table to see big hikes in the cost to play music.

Instructors currently play a flat annual fee for a licence to play music, however could be charged per session from May.

Fears are growing nationally that the changes could put village hall sessions under threat.
