“If I never heard another Beatles song it would be too soon.
Whilst I'm sure that at the time they were relatively groundbreaking, things have moved on. Must we dwell on what is really just very average pub rock n roll? If we keep perpetuating the myth that everything Beatle is just fantastic, then we'll keep being subjected to McCartney getting wheeled out at every national occasion. He runied what was an otherwise excellent Olympic opening ceremony, and to be honest, he's not that great a singer anyway.”
