WIngmoor Farm dispute going to Court of Appeal
A CASE against a toxic rubbish dump is set to go to the Court of Appeal in October.
Waste campaigners against the landfill site at Wingmoor Farm, Bishop's Cleeve, will be appealing for a judicial review when they go to London on October 16.
Gloucestershire County Council voted last September to keep the landfill site open until 2029, despite health fears from villagers.
Safety in Waste and Rubbish Disposal (Sward) had their first request for a judicial review turned down in March this year.
