Walk in memory of much-missed hiker
A WALK in memory of a much-missed hiker will be held on Sunday, November 4.
The annual walk for Peter Cosh will was head up Bredon Hill on Saturday, November 3 but the date has been changed to Sunday, November 4.
Starting at Beckford village hall at 11am, there will be a walk of around eight miles to the top of the hill and another of three miles around the base of the hill.
Mr Cosh died in April 2006, aged 59 and the seventh annual event will again raise money for Sue Ryder Care hospice, which cared for him.

A self-employed builder, who lived in Cheltenham, Brockhampton and latterly Beckford, he was well-known across Gloucestershire. He enjoyed many outdoor pursuits, including hiking, mountaineering, and bird watching.
