He runs Muddy Feet Fitness, a forest boot camp which promises a fun-filled way to get fitter and slimmer.

Muddy Feet Fitness caters for all levels of ability and centres on tabbing – speed marching with or without weight on cross-country tracks, with taxing hill reps and plenty of mud and puddles.

It's great for bums, tums and cardio as Simon starts off at a slow pace and builds it up over several weeks, introducing weight as he goes.

"Our secluded forest setting, with plenty of adventure, group challenges, team-building exercises, motivation and fun is also a great way to meet new people," says Simon, a level three personal trainer and member of the British Mountaineering Council, who runs Muddy Feet sessions in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud, including before and after-work sessions.

With his personal training, he is happy to come to you – indoors or outdoors. His company  also offers Equipeak sessions – fitness and nutritional advice for dressage, showjumping or event riders.

Muddy Feet sessions cost £5 per person, but Simon is offering WEEKEND readers six sessions for £20.  He is also offering six personal training sessions for £25 per hour, instead of the usual £40.

Both must be booked and paid for before March 31.

WEEKEND has teamed up with Simon to offer two lucky readers the chance to win fitness sessions.

One reader will win either six personal training or Equipeak sessions, worth £240. Another will get six free Muddy Feet forest boot camp sessions, worth £30.

To be in with a chance of winning, answer this simple question:

Who lived in Sherwood Forest?
