Winger Ben Marshall has left Cheltenham Town after his one-month loan deal
Acting manager John Schofield said: "Ben did very well for us but won't be returning for annother month.
"He feels he wants to establish himself a bit more at Stoke having only joined them from Crewe at the start of the season."
Meanwhile key defenders Michael Townsend and Lee Ridley will play for a reserve side against Nottingham Forest reserves tomorrow.
The pair have both been nursing calf injuries and have been out of the side for the past month.
Faroe Islands international Claus Jorgensen, who has been on trial with the Robins, also gets a game as does young Middlesbrough left-back Ashley Corker, who has joined on a work experience basis to train with the first team squad.

“Of course Stoke are not as one-dimensional as us, they're not in the Premier league for nothing!
But as you say they only "sometimes" pass the ball around, and what do they do with the ball from the wings?
Bang it into the big centre forwards or get a throw in and let Delap chuck it to Beatie 6'1", Fuller 6'3" or Sidbie 6'4" ?”

“Paul Stoke aren't as one dimensional as us, they try passing it around in the right areas sometimes, and play with wingers, Liam Lawrence gets a lot of ball on the wing!”

“Shame to see him go, perhaps he might come back later in the season?
(Ron, have you seen Stoke play? He'll be going back to a team that rely on height, strength and the ability to get high balls into the box no matter how it's done!)”

“You say that Chippy, but what if those best players are not liked by the manager? Then, he's not going to play them anyway. MA + Josh Low is a prime example.”
