Woman banned from street after alcohol-fuelled harrassment
'Nuisance' woman Kaajel Patel has been slapped with an order in a bid to stop her intimidating others.
Patel, 29, has been handed a CRASBO - an anti-social behaviour order applied following a criminal conviction with the aim of banning a person from doing whatever caused their anti-social behaviour in the first place.
Patel of Parkend Road, Gloucester, was given a CRASBO to stop her from causing nuisance to the public while intoxicated. She persistently caused harassment, alarm and distress to residents living within India Road and the surrounding areas.
As a result of the order, she has been excluded from entering India Road intoxicated and can only visit a certain household within the street. She is also prohibited from being in possession of alcohol in an open space.

Police officers within Project Solace, the city's private sector anti-social behaviour team, won the order, granted by magistrates on Monday.
Sara Taylor, anti-social behaviour manager at Project Solace, said: "Kajeel's actions have caused a great deal of intimidation and fear to many residents and it will improve their quality of life by limiting her ability to act in this way."
Police inspector Neil Smith added: "She has caused significant problems within Barton policing area. Where a person is causing a community a particular problem we are dedicated, by working in partnership, to take what action is necessary to put a stop to incidents like these from happening and the successful application for this CRASBO demonstrates that."
