Woman found dead at Newent Lake named
THE young woman found dead at Newent Lake has been named locally as Bethan Rosetta.The 20-year-old's body was found on Saturday morning by a dog walker.Bethan grew up in Barry but moved to Newent about two-years-ago and was doing an apprenticeship at Britdoors Group based on the business park.Hr co-ordinator Dave Symonds said: "She sat about 10 feet from me and really was a lovely girl."Fun-loving and a really good worker and nothing was too much trouble for her."We are all devastated and knocked for six by what has happened."
Police are not treating Bethan's death as suspicious and an inquest is due to be opened within the next few days.
