Woman gets new lover to beat up her ex
A GAMEKEEPER who threatened to put embarrassing pictures of his ex-girlfriend on Facebook was beaten up in his own home by her new boyfriend.
Jessica Ervig sent Jack Pearce a message saying she was in his flat in Lydney Park Estate and asked him to meet her there.

Joseph Tremlett
But when Mr Pearce got home he found her new boyfriend Joseph Tremlett lying in wait armed with a baseball bat, Gloucester Crown Court was told.
Ervig had known where the key to the flat was and set up the violent attack by taking Tremlett there, said prosecutor Julian Kesner.

Mr Pearce, who had worked with Tremlett as a gamekeeper, suffered a complicated fracture to his left arm and head injuries in the violent beating.
Tremlett, 23, from Guildford, Surrey, pleaded guilty to wounding Mr Pearce with intent to do him grievous bodily harm on November 19 last year. He was jailed for four years and eight months.
Ervig, 20, of Milling Crescent, Aylburton, near Lydney, admitted affray by facilitating Tremlett to enter Mr Pearce's flat knowing he intended unlawful violence.
Judge William Hart sentenced her to 45 weeks jail suspended for two years and ordered her to do 180 hours of unpaid work.
Mr Kesner had told the judge that Mr Pearce and Tremlett were the "best of friends" who had worked together as gamekeepers.
Ervig had been in a relationship with Mr Pearce but when she ended it the guys' friendship also ended, although they continued to work together.
The catalyst to the attack came when Mr Pearce told Ervig that he had pictures of her on his telephone that he intended to post on Facebook, Mr Kesner told the court.
"This was not true but he said it to annoy her. It plainly did," Mr Kesner said.
Tremlett hit Mr Pearce with the bat, causing him severe pain. He curled up into a ball and was struck again. The pair struggled and Mr Pearce fell, injuring his head.
Tremlett fled from the flat after the attack.
Sabhia Pathan, defending, said Tremlett was extremely remorseful and fully accepted responsibility for what he had done. She said Ervig had difficulty in coming to terms with her situation and was remorseful.
