Woman left shaken after handbag snatch robbery
A TEENAGER was pulled to the floor and robbed on Friday evening.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after an 18-year-old woman was set upon by three men as she walked along St Paul's Lane, Cheltenham, at 6.10pm.

The woman was approaching the junction with Swindon Road when the men appeared behind her, dragged her to the floor and stole her handbag.
The men then ran off along Swindon Road, leaving the woman shaken but uninjured.

The men were all described as white and aged between 18 and 25-years-old.
They were wearing black or dark coloured hooded tops, with the hoods up.
The stolen handbag is described as blue with two brown straps on it, with a brown owl and teddy bear charm clipped to it and there were no valuable items inside.
Investigating officers are eager to hear from anyone who was in St Paul's Lane or Swindon Road on Friday evening that may have witnessed the incident or seen this group of men before or after the robbery.
Information can be given to Gloucestershire Police by dialling 101 and quoting incident number 438 of January 18.

“What a frightening thing to happen to this poor lady, cowardly scum bags that they are, 3 of them on one female. If they stole my bag they would have a shock as they would end up with a load of doggy poo bags, dog biscuits and a load of tissues (that about sums up my life) but its the vulnerability and the nervousness afterwards that makes it so cruel.
I hope this lady gets her confidence back soon with no long-lasting effects.”
