HANNAH Stewart, who is accused of twice breaching her ASBO, has been transferred on remand from jail to hospital.

The 41-year-old, of Tetbury Lane, Nailsworth, was due to appear yesterday via video link before Stroud Magistrates.

But the court heard Stewart had instead been internally moved to hospital under the Mental Health Act.

Her solicitor Joan Hughes made no application for bail.
