YMCA Cheltenham appeals for fundraising help
HOMELESSNESS is a rising problem in Cheltenham that needs to be dealt with.
That is the message homeless shelter YMCA in Cheltenham are hoping to bring to light when they opened their first public exhibition on Thursday.
The charity has torn down its old shelter and is now working on raising funds for a new £4.1 million redevelopment, which will provide housing for up to 98 people.
They are drumming up support to raise the last £550,000 needed to complete the new building.

"The figures are rising and we need the community to come and help us in terms of fundraising and volunteering."
