Young cricketers in Gloucestershire to wear Alastair Cook's favourite brand of kit
Young players in Gloucestershire will wear the kit favoured by England captain Alastair Cook after the GCB agreed a new one-year deal with Gray Nicolls.
The agreement will see the Sussex-based firm – who also sponsor the likes of Shivnarine Chanderpaul and Nick Compton – continue as the official kit supplier to the Gloucestershire Cricket Board.

The partnership means all Gloucestershire county and district squads will wear Gray Nicolls clothing while clubs are also set to benefit through exclusive offers on team-wear and equipment.
Steve Silk, Gloucestershire cricket development manager, said: "Gray Nicolls is the premier brand within cricket and we are delighted to renew our partnership with them for another year."

The Gloucestershire Cricket Board is also working with Gray Nicolls to develop new products and coaching aids. These include pre-packed kit-bags filled with everything a club needs to run modern, dynamic coaching sessions, through to specialist items like snicking bats to improve 'keeping and slip catching.
Steve said: "It is great to have the chance to work with Gray Nicolls to develop ideas that we think can have real benefit to our clubs and coaches."
Gray Nicolls have sponsored the GCB for the past four years and the current agreement contains the option of an additional three years.
Gray Nicolls brand manager Nick Wilton said: "Over the past few seasons we have developed an excellent working relationship with Steve and GCB. We are pleased that the partnership will continue and we look forward to developing new ideas and helping the Board continue to offer an excellent service to cricket in Gloucestershire."
