Youngsport: Abbeymead Rovers Green defeat Windsor Drive
Windsor Drive U-10s 0 Abbeymead Rov Green U-10s 5
ABBEYMEAD scored four second-half goals to maintain their good form and keep the pressure on the league leaders in the Mid Glos Mini League Under-Ten North section.
The first half was an untidy affair, with both teams finding it difficult to get any momentum in the sticky conditions.
The visitors went ahead early on when Ollie Ward scrambled the ball home from Spencer Easterbrook's cross, but their flowing football of recent weeks was absent.

George Lewis was alert in the Abbeymead goal when called upon to ensure they kept the lead at the break.
A rousing half-time team talk produced the required result, however, as Abbeymead came out in determined fashion.
And it wasn't long before good work from the energetic Rowan Freeman led to Keon Burdett's stunning shot into the top left corner of the net.
Ward then doubled his tally by whipping in the third from a tight angle after his own corner came back to him, and then saw another effort diverted into the net by an unfortunate defender to make it 4-0.
Easterbrook completed the scoring late on with a composed finish after he was teed up by Alex Knapton.
