Youngsport; Old Patesians defeat Cheltenham Saracens
OLD Patesians U-17s 33 Cheltenham Saracens U-17s 3
OLD Patesians simply had too much pace and possession and remain undefeated in the Junior County Cup with a convincing win, scoring five tries in the process.
From the kick-off, Jake Allen secured possession and charged up field to within ten metres and Nick Chittock on a typical sniping run from the ruck opened the scores.
Saracens replied with what was to be their only points of the game coming from a well taken drop goal.

Pats followed up with three points from Hathaway's boot and when Chittock found Hathaway on halfway he linked with Sam Colbert-Smith to put new find Guy Parsley in for a try in the corner opening up a ten-point margin at the interval.
With their heads up, Pats were relentless in attack and stubborn in defence going on to score 20 unanswered points in the second half.
Zach Rob crashed through three tackles under the posts for a converted try and bulldozing Will Safe unselfishly fed his skipper George Carrie who barged over in the corner taking the game out-of-sight.
Superb fullback Hathaway had the last say with a trademark collection and pacy run from inside his 22 carving through defenders for a brilliant individual score.
