Youngsters can unlock food talent
Budding Gordon Ramsays or Nigella Lawsons are being offered the free chance to get cooking.
Children between eight and 12 are being offered free cookery classes as part of this years Stroud Food Festival, which takes place on Saturday September 7 at Stratford Park.
The festival has teamed up with The Wiggly Worm Charity and Whole Foods Market to offer children the chance to create a variety of delights.
The classes, which will last between 45 minutes and an hour, will run from 10.30am to 4pm.

Food festival organiser Grahame Day said: "We're really pleased to be able to offer these free cookery classes to children.
"While the kids are safe in the marquee cooking with quality seasonal produce, their parents will be able to peruse our food stands or watch a demonstration in our food theatre.
"And who knows, we may even be helping kids to unlock a talent they never even knew they had."
