A&E protest
A PROTEST against changes to the Gloucestershire A&E service will be made at Sandford Park in Cheltenham on Saturday, April 6 from 11.30am. A shake-up of emergency services will see all 999 patients taken directly to Gloucestershire Royal.

“As well as protesting about the proposed changes, people should also be protesting about the failure of the Trust managers to ensure that the A&Es are properly staffed. Trust managers are paid very large salaries to run our hospitals properly and in this regard they have failed badly. Have they apologised for this failure? No. Are they taking a pay cut to reflect their failure to do their job properly? No. So let's see a few banners saying BETRAYED BY OUR TRUST as well as NO CUTS and HANDS OFF OUR A&E.”
