Get a buzz from beekeeping day
ASPIRING beekeepers will be welcome at a taster day this autumn.
In response to local demand Stroud Beekeepers have put together the informal day in October 13 to allow prospective beekeepers to get an insight into the hobby.

Spokeswoman Jeanne Berry said: "Those wanting more in-depth training and support can then book onto a longer programme starting in 2013," she said.
The day course will cost £50. There will also be a trip to Stroud Beekeepers' training apiary where people can experience live bees, handling them and collecting honey.
