Two car smash at Newent

A 32-year-old woman was left with stomach and leg injuries after her car was involved in a crash this morning.

The incident happened at Strawberry Hill, in Newent, at 8.25am.

A 26-year-old man from Newent, who was the driver of the other vehicle, was taken to a police station by officers where he provided a negative breath test.

No further action was taken against the man.
