“Real same they havnt bothered to pick up the trees that have been sat waiting outside peoples houses for the last week. I read the article in last weeks echo saying that the refuse collectors would be picking up christmas trees for recycling with our normal household collection,so i thought great and left it outside as instructed.ITs still there!! i mentioned it to my work colleague who informed me his street is lined with them, apparantly they are only picked up if you pay for garden refuge to be collected. This is not what the echo story is saying!! so if this is true the story is rather misleading, not happy :(”
