“ Lydney Dial-A-Ride is a friendly door-to-door transport service for those people who do not have their own transport and are unable to use public transport. We operate a fleet of fully accessible minibuses capable of carrying wheelchair passengers and other seated passengers, and a volunteer based car service. The service covers Lydney, Coleford, Cinderford and the surrounding areas. You can use our service to get you where you need to go, providing you with the opportunity to travel to: Shops Health appointments Hairdressers Post Office Opticians Library Lunch Clubs ... And many more! Booking a seat is simple! Just give us a call in the office and one of our friendly office staff will assess your eligibility to travel with us with a few short questions. You can then book your first journey!. For each subsequent journey, call us in the office on 01594 843809/844558 and tell us your name and where you would like to go, and we will book you in! Please try to give at least 24 hours notice before you would like to travel, to avoid any dissapointment. To use our service there is an annual membership fee of £5 for unlimited use, with your journey being costed on a fare-based sliding scale dependant on where you would like to travel!
