Coney Hill's only blemish has come at leaders and title favourites Bracknell and three of their five victories have been away from home.
The visit of Marlow on Saturday precedes a trip to former Championship side Newbury Blues, before Coney Hill and Old Centralians lock horns at Metz Way on October 27.
Fly-half Peter Connell booted High Wycombe into a 3-0 lead after eight minutes.
Ten minutes later Coney Hill led 5-3 after their forwards won a catch and drive lineout outside of their opponents' 22 and steamrollered over the try-line.
Former Lydney prop Price was the man to emerge with the ball, but the conversion attempt was missed by fly-half Rory Baker.
Despite missing six players from the side that won at Bletchley the weekend before and fielding a number of young players, Coney Hill were able to extend their lead.
However, they were made to work hard for it with the referee disallowing two tries.
Firstly, big number eight Sid King was adjudged to have run into his own man when crossing the line to score, and then a forward pass ruled out another.
Baker stretched the lead to 8-3 with a penalty on the hour, before a fantastic individual score by Knight on 68 minutes which started in his own half.
Baker could not add the extras as Coney Hill hung on for the victory.
Head coach Chris Hall said: "We are getting better every week. We are playing a bit better now.
"Good runs from our captain Max Whelan in the centre made him a constant threat all game.
"Charlie Inchman came into the back row and had a fantastic game as well.
"It is a difficult place to go and it was a bit of a slog at times, but we defended really well."
