When I decided to go ahead, I gave Eddie a call, and then drove to my next business destination. When I got there, everything had been set up and ready to go. When I had a couple of issues and sent an email, expecting it to be picked up after the bank holiday weekend, Eddie got in touch almost immediately and sorted out where I was going wrong.
