With spring on the horizon there's no better time to discover new walks around Cinderford.

The town's regeneration board has released a new illustrated walking booklet to promote healthy living.

The booklet promotes familiar routes within and around the town to people of all ages and ability.

Walkers can stroll through Linear Park, Chestnut Wood, Soudley Ponds, Steam Mills & Plump Hill and Littledean Village.

The booklet priced £2.50 will be on sale at Cinderford Library, GL14 Community Project, Cinderford Town Council, Coleford Tourism Information Centre, Heywood Leisure Centre and the District Council's Area Office in Rheola House.
