“Stay offline and delete the pictures. Ccleaner is good for this as you can set a high level of erasure and you don't have to go into the Recycle bin to do it.Let Ccleaner handle it.
Are you using a personal wireless router or accessing a public one?
I'm assuming your laptop is wireless enabled.
If it's your own, change your password or PIN No. It may be a good idea to change all the passwords you use.
If it's a public one,it may not be secure.
    What's your Operating System? e.g. Windows / Mac/ Linux ?
If it's Windows you maybe able to run System Restore to go back to the day before you got hit.

Are you using a Firewall and Antivirus ?
If so,it may be worth changing them.
Speccy by Piriform or Belarc Advisor (free) will give you a lot of info as to what's on your machine.
As Chloe states, run a couple of scans by different trojan detectors. One at a time, though. Don't have a resident antivirus turned on while running another.
Use Superantispyware or MalwareBytes or Clamwin or whatever your choice.Just run more than one as none of them seem to catch all the nasties on their own.
Let us know how you get on.”
