These downpours 'dismal' for trade
TOURIST attractions say they are suffering "dismal" visitor numbers because of the lack of sunshine.
Chris Turvey, of Dick Whittington Farm Park at Longhope, said: "Numbers are down 50 per cent on the same period last year."
Paul Moir, of Painswick Rococo Garden, said: "It's been an awful year.
"We are 20 per cent down on budget and it's definitely due to the weather."
