Lower Slaughter Manor wins its third AA rosette

LOWER Slaughter Manor, the Von Essen hotel in a Jacobean mansion in the Cotswolds, has received its third AA rosette for the high standard of its restaurant.

Head chef David Kelman said: "I am thrilled to receive this third AA rosette which all of us feel is testament to our dedication to ensure that we offer the finest dining experience and the best in quality gourmet cuisine for our guests.

General manager Andrew Thomason said: "I am delighted not only for David, but for all the staff at Lower Slaughter Manor. I am immensely proud of all my team."

Lower Slaughter Manor's fine dining restaurant is situated in what was originally a 15th-century chapel, with views over the lawn and terrace.
