They have a variety of equipment and the classes are fantastic. I do step and tone on a Wednesday and its great fun. ”

Severn Vale Fitness Centre
“The fitness centre that they have at Severn Vale school is fantastic for local residents. It is very cheap as there is no joining fee and you can pay as you go. They have a variety of different classes each week so there is something for everyone and they gym equipment is great as well. ”

Great Gym
“I recently went to a Legs Bums and Tums class at Severn Vale Gym. The teacher was great and encouraging and everyone in the class were really friendly. Its a great way to get fit and meet other people in Quedgeley. You can pay as you go meaning you dont have to sign any contracts which is a lot more flexible. ”
