Once someone is interested in viewing your property we can arrange to accompany them or can leave the showing around to you. Throughout the process we will continue to keep you updated and discuss any required price reviews. When you do receive an offer we will negotiate to ensure we get the best possible price for your house and once a sale is agreed we will continue to work on your behalf to ensure the sale progresses to completion.
