Using local suppliers can save you time and money – provided they have the right skills.
At Connect Business you can meet a range of professional and creative businesses and find out what they could offer your company. You'll also hear about initiatives designed to grow Gloucestershire's economy, put questions to business leaders and attend sessions on the latest developments in employment law and social media.
Colin Hay, Cheltenham Mayor – 10am Official Opening
Sara Wilson, from Charles Russell - Employment Law Update 10.30am
Diane Savory, chair of Gloucestershire's Local Enterprise Partnership – 11am
Kevan Blackadder, editor of the Gloucestershire Echo - "How businesses can work smartly with the Gloucestershire Echo" – 12 noon
Jonathan Pollinger, from Intranet Future - "Social Media Success" Talk 2pm
Martin Horwood, MP for Cheltenham - 2.30pm
The event is free and you can drop in for half an hour or stay all day. If you'd like to attend the networking lunch, there's a cost of £6.95, which must be booked in advance. Last year over 200 people attended the event, and we're expecting an even better response this year.
