Liz Hurley set for Cotswolds farmers' market
The model and actress, who set up stall with her home-produced organic meat and Gloucester Old Spot bangers, will celebrate the market's 10th anniversary on Saturday.
Liz (pictured), who farms 100 acres at Ampney Knowle, near Cirencester, will be presenting a £150 hamper to the winner of the market quiz.
Market manager Simon Smith said: "Elizabeth Hurley has had a stall at the market since February, selling a range of pork, lamb and beef produced on her farm near Cirencester.
"We're pleased with the interest she takes in Cirencester and the market."
Liz, who also plans to launch a range of organic snack bars, will be in action at 12.30pm.
The market will open in Market Place at 8.30am with more than 30 stalls selling food and drink.
Cotswold chef Rob Rees will hold a joint cookery demonstration with Jackie Llewelyn-Bowen at 11.30am, and people's poet Pam Ayres will judge the best-presented stall.
There will be a children's competition, music, anniversary cider from Brook Apple Farm, new cheeses from Woefuldane Farm at Minchinhampton and the launch of Bonnie Woods' new cookery book.
The market is held every second and fourth Saturday.
