HAVE YOUR SAY: Do yetis exist?

Monday, August 11, 2008, 09:47

A STROUD-based environmentalist is at the centre of a controversial discovery deep in the Indian jungle.

Ian Redmond MBE was contacted by an Indian scientist after villagers reported seeing a 10-ft tall ape-like creature that walked on two legs.

The scientist sent some hairs found at the scene to Mr Redmond and it has now been revealed that they are not from any known primate, such as a monkey, orangutan, tiger or bear.

"I'm open-minded on the existence of yetis," said Mr Redmond.

So what are the hairs from?

Are there yeti-like creatures out there, roaming the deep forest? Or could it be a bigfoot-type creature?

Or are they simply from another animal we are not aware of?

Use the form below to let us know your theories on whether the mysterious yeti exists...
