Gloucestershire helicopter crash - inquest opens

Roderick Paskey, 55, Lawrence Bailey, 55, and Danielle Fleming, 27, were killed when their ex-military helicopter came down in bad weather in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire.
Post-mortem examinations completed by Dr Keith McCarthy revealed that Mr Paskey, of Huntingdon Close, Tamworth, Staffordshire, died from chest injuries and Mr Bailey, of Gannaway Court, Curlieu Lane, Norton Lindsey, Warwick, died from multiple injuries.
Coroner's officer Paul Boak told the inquest at Shire Hall, Gloucester, a cause of death for Ms Fleming, of The Orion, Navigation Street, Birmingham, was yet to be ascertained.
Coroner Alan Crickmore adjourned the case to a date to be fixed.
The Gazelle helicopter came down in a field near Langley Hill as it was flying from Stratford-on-Avon to Yeovilton, Somerset.
The husk was removed from the scene and is now subject to a joint probe by Gloucestershire Police and the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB).
Mr Paskey, known to friends as Rod or Rick, co-owned the helicopter with fellow flying enthusiast Christopher Evans, from Atherstone, Warwickshire.
The Gazelle is a French-designed helicopter which can hold five people, including the pilot.
It has a top speed of 193mph and is used by both the military, for reconnaissance, and by private pilots.
