Two held after Tewkesbury shop incident

TWO men were arrested following an attempted burglary at a clothes shop in Tewkesbury High Street.

At 7.35pm yesterday police received a report of two men on the roof of the Peacocks store.

Officers attended and arrested a 51-year-old man from Birmingham and a 48-year-old man from Tamworth on suspicion of attempted burglary.

They both remain in police custody.
