'I hope they don't have my nose!': Mike Tindall on wife Zara Phillips' pregnancy
MIKE Tindall may be delighted that wife Zara Phillips is expecting a baby, but he's hoping their little bundle of joy won't have his nose.
Buckingham Palace announced that the couple are expecting an addition to their family in the New Year.
And Gloucester Rugby player-coach Mike joked on Twitter: "Thanks for all the kind messages, we are very excited and I agree with you all that hopefully he/she won't have my nose."
He and Olympic star Zara, who live on her mother the Princess Royal's Gatcombe estate at Minchinhampton, may choose to have their baby locally.

Zara's sister-in-law Autumn Phillips gave birth at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. And Zara is known to shop locally, buying her wedding dress from Minchinhampton shop The White Room.
Ella Hoskin, of Stroud Maternity Matters, said Zara would be very welcome to have her baby at Stroud Maternity Hospital.
"We would love her to have her baby at the newly-refurbished hospital," said Ella, whose campaign group played a key role in saving the midwife-led unit from closure in 2006. It is certainly fit for a Royal baby.
"We also have an amazing home births team. She would be very welcome."
The couple follow in the footsteps of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge who are expecting a baby this month.
Buckingham Palace issued the announcement yesterday which said: "The Princess Royal and Captain Mark Phillips, Mr Phillip and Mrs Linda Tindall, and members of both families are delighted with the news."
Zara is currently 14th in line to the throne, but does not hold a royal title and is not an HRH. Their children will be plain Miss or Master Tindall.
Mike Tindall and Zara Phillips talked about their desire to start a family and had been waiting for the right window.
The couple met at the 2003 Rugby World Cup in Australia.
They moved in together, sharing 'The Bothy', on Anne's Gatcombe Park estate, but later settled in Cheltenham, before moving back to Gatcombe this year.
