What's the worst job you've ever had?

On the pick and mix sweet counter at Woolworths as a student – it was agony to be surrounded by sweets but not be allowed to eat any all day.

Have you got any unusual habits?

I have a hot water bottle every night without fail, regardless of the temperature. My hotwater bottle is the best travelled in the world and has been to really hot countries where such things have never been seen before!`

Who is your hero and why? Nelson Mandela, I have complete respect for how dignified he remained throughout his life in the face of adversity and times of injustice.

What book are you reading at the moment or tell us your favourite?

My current favourite is The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak.

What was the last film you watched?

The Bourne Legacy. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it but did.

First single/record you ever bought?

I cannot remember which particular song but it was by David Cassidy, I was madly in love with him and bought every record he did. Embarrasing!

Facebook or Twitter?

Neither.
