Walking in the local countryside, which could be anywhere from the Cotswolds to the Forest of Dean.

I don't really have a favourite, my partner and I like to try different restaurants.

What's the worst job you've ever had?
When I was a lot younger I worked in a store in the city. I became bored very quickly working in the same place and doing the same job day in day out.
Have you got any unusual habits?
My partner says I'm always late from work.
Who is your hero and why?
My heroes are the adults who volunteer and work with young people from all walks of life, encouraging them to overcome the difficulties of growing up.
What's you favourite book?
It is a book called Diver by Tony Groom – it's the story of a navy diver and some of the things he got up to.
What was the last film you watched?
Drumline – it's about a percussion section from a marching youth band.
First single/record you ever bought?
Marc Bolan and T-rex – Ride a White Swan.
Facebook or Twitter?
I am still a novice with Twitter so it would have to be Facebook. With my children living away from home I can keep up with what they are doing.
