The new Gloucester Table Tennis Club is going from strength to strength
OLYMPIC fever has helped organisers of a new sports club in Quedgeley net players from eight to 80.
Since its formation in September, the Gloucester Table Tennis Club, has gone from strength to strength and now boasts 70 members.

Classes are held every week at the Robin Greaves Sports Hall, at Waterwells.
Gary Tyndall, club development officer, said: "I think it is a knock on effect from the Olympics, and it is going really well.

"It really is for anyone, we've got really young people coming along, and some elderly guys too.
