The Wasps and England prop was at Debenhams in Gloucester to help stack the shelves with 15-year-old Sophie brown's winning entry - which was voted for by readers of www.thisisgloucestershire.co.uk.
Sophie, who attends Severn Vale School in Quedgeley, triumphed over severn other shortlisted designs in our competition and will see her shirt on sale in the Gloucester store in the run up to Christmas.
And the Raging Bull himself praised everyone who entered.
“Seeing the drive, pride and passion in youngsters, whatever their vocation, still excites me today,” said the former Gloucester Rugby star Phil, who picked up an MBE after winning the World Cup with England in 2003.
“Looking through all the good fashion ideas from art students in designing a Raging Bull T-shirt I was impressed."
