£2 parking for the day in Gloucester – and it helps charity too
CAR parking doesn't come cheap these days but visitors to Gloucester city centre will be able to park up for just £2 soon.
A charity parking day will take place on Saturday, March 9 at Gloucester City Health Centre, also known as Riknel, at Gloucester Park.
Motorists can park up for just £2 for the day.
The money raised from the venture will support Devotion Africa, a charity which helps some of Africa's poorest people.
Sunday and Monday evenings £12.00 per head for an all inclusive meal with Indian and Thai cuisine (normal price £14.50).
