There are 16 flood warnings in place across Gloucestershire.

People in Cirencester, Maisemore and Sandhurst are among those battling to cope with the wet conditions.

Householders in Spitalgate Lane near Cirencester have been bailing out their homes and Sandhurst Lane and the A417 at Maisemore have both been flooded.

Lower Lydbrook is also flooded and police say Tirley has three and a half feet of water in places.
