And there are plenty of opportunities to learn new things, and to enjoy some of the finer things in life.
That is why we have launched Love Cheltenham – to showcase what makes our town so great.
There aren't many places where people could go to a private college to learn so much about massage and reflexology.

Yet four students have been certified excellent by a national board after training from therapist Kerry Baxter, who runs Cheltenham Reflexology and Massage in Bishop's Cleeve.
Iwona Kokowicz, Lin Willmott, Sue Faulkner and Sarah Fulford have been awarded the Certificate of Excellence by the Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT) after nine months of training.
Ms Baxter, who used to be a primary school teacher, set up the training courses three years ago.
She said: "To see the students go from where they started to how they finished is a great process.
"All four of them have done really well, and I'm proud of them."
