THERE will be a prickly atmosphere at Hardwicke Village Hall this Saturday when a cactus show is held at the venue.

The Gloucester and District branch of the British Cactus and Succulent Society is hosting the show between 11am and 4.30pm.

Admission to the hall will cost £1 per person.
