Cheltenham Town: 'We shot ourselves in the foot, now we must regroup' - Ardley
AFC Wimbledon did not start playing until an hour into their 2-1 defeat at Cheltenham Town on Saturday, according to boss Neal Ardley.
The relegation-threatened Dons were comprehensively outplayed in the first half and they fell two goals behind after 56 minutes.

But two substitutes helped them restore hope with Brennan Dickenson firing in a 63rd-minute strike.
"We reverted to type a little bit with the opening goal from a set piece," Ardley (inset) said.

"We'd dealt with them well over the past couple of weeks when our form has been good, but in this league the majority of the goals are poor defensively and both of the ones we conceded were.
"There is no excuse for not staying with your man, even if you are blocked. It's disappointing that we knew what we wanted to do today, but we didn't really get going until the hour mark."
Ardley said he could take little comfort from his side's spirited finish to the match, as they dropped back to the foot of the table.
"It doesn't matter how you lose or win, you just need to get the points," he said. "Nobody is going to look at how you lost at the end of the season, it's about picking up points.
"We have one game less to get to the total we need to get to. It was a tough game, but we shot ourselves in the foot and when we did get going we caused them problems, but it was too little too late really.
"You can't fear losing games, but we were passive for an hour. I've said to the boys we need to regroup and make sure we get back on a run."
