Completely biased, but i love this place!

As you can probably tell from the title of this review, I am a student at this academy. I've been training there for 6 years this october, and have to say, it's one of the best places i've done martial arts (been to quite a few places before hand). You are guaranteed a good sweat for your body and waistline, and a very detailed explanation of techniques and theory for your brain. You can train up to 4 nights a week if you want to, at no extra cost. 2 nights is the compulsory amount of training per week though, and all lessons have a good warm up and stretch before going into some more technical things, and then finally a cool down. Taekwondo is great fun, and is a good skill to possess. This is not the style you will see on the olympics though (loads of protective gear and no punching) this is the less sport orientated and traditional style, formulated by major general Choi hong hii for the Korean army in 1955.
