Longlevens will take on Sharpness in the other semi-final.
Wayne Schiller's side proved too strong for Ramblers in the quarter-finals on Saturday, winning 3-0.
Kerry Hale intercepted for Lydbrook's first goal, then Yusef Mertoglu set up Mark Wayman for the second goal before the break.
Ramblers had a man sent off in the second-half, but were much more of a threat, despite having only 10 men.
Lydbrook keeper Lee Barnard had to stay on his toes to pull off a couple of fine saves.
With five minutes to go, Lydbrook made the game safe with a third goal from Mark Wayman.
It was a solid all-round team performance by Lydbrook, with Mertoglu starring in midfield and Wayman leading the front-line well.
